Talk to her , and its will show 3 event , Beginning Raya Event , Celebrate Raya Event , Ending Raya Event
Choose the first event , and second or Third .
Detail : Beggining Raya Event [Start 6.8.2013 until 16.8.2013]
Detail : Celebrate Raya Event [Start 8.8.2013 until 20.8.2013]
Detail : Ending Raya Event [Not start Yet]
Read The NPC , How to do New Event
